Converting from PostgresSQL to SQL:
1. Take a backup of the IDS (Settings > Backup > Backup Now)
2. Stop the "PI Identity Server" service
3. Stop and disable the PostgreSQL service
4. Configure the "Data.Properties" file with the SQL details
5. Start the "PI Identity Server" service
6. Restore the backup saved earlier (Settings > Backup > Restore from backup)
