As part of Identity Server versions 2.25 and above, we've implemented administrative notifications to better enable you to monitor system and device statuses. The include Device Connectivity, Syncing, Backup, User, Email Configuration, License, People’s face enrollment, Settings, Device Tamper alerts and Device Settings.
To enable this feature, you must have an active SMTP server. If you have enabled QR code functionality, you'll just need to select the notifications that you'd like to receive. We currently support corporate, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail servers. Once you have the server details, proceed to Settings, then Email Configuration.
Populate the required fields (both ports 587 & 465 can be used):
Once entered, click "Save", and you will begin being notified. Below are some examples of the notifications.
