One of our latest innovations is the ability to enroll users with a QR code.
Within your IDS, you can begin by going to Settings, Email Configuration, then populating the fields for SMTP. Ensure that the port is set to 587
Once completed, you must send a test email to verify the connection. The email will be labelled with the subject and signature of your choice.
Once the test email has been received, you can proceed to a subject. Populate the email field, then click Save:
Once it’s saved, you’ll now see the subject’s email listed within their details. Click Email or Download QR Code:
The message will contain the QR code, a gif demonstration of the process, and a link to our website.
Take this QR code and ensure that the device settings are configured correctly. Either of these will allow a subject to either access/enroll, or both.
On the device's screen, tap the "Enrollment Options" button:
From there, you can select your desired option(s):
Once selected, you can present your QR code. Be sure to tilt your device forward and line the code up within the box:
Congratulations! You've now enabled the use of QR codes!
