Follow these steps to configure the time clock in Identity Server:
- Log into Identity Server. Click Settings>Time>Configure time settings.
- There are two options for time configuration in Identity Server:
- Set using Network Time Protocol (NTP) - Identity Server will synchronize its time and date with that of the specified host.
- Set time manually - The user can specify a time and date in Identity Server. Note that Identity Server will, by default, overrule the manual settings if it is able to access an NTP source. Identity Server will use the manually entered time in the event that it cannot access an NTP source.
- To configure Identity Server for NTP, select the radio button next to "Set using Network Time Protocol (NTP)". Enter the preferred timeserver host or timeserver IP address and click Apply.
- To configure Identity Server for manual time and date tracking, select the radio button next to "Set Time Manually". Enter the preferred date and time in the formats specified and click Apply.
