The following document provides instructions for configuring Identity Server to synchronize with Gallagher Security's Command Centre access control solution.
Command Centre Setup
Before you begin, you will need to log into your instance of Command Centre to enable the REST API and acquire the API key. This information will be required to connect Princeton Identity's Identity Server software to Command Centre.
1. To enable the REST API, log into Command Centre and start the Configuration Client by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the Command Centre homepage.
2. In the Configuration Client, click File>Server Properties>Web Services.
3. Under the section labeled REST API, select the "Enable Local Network Connections" box and note the Server Base Port number. You may also select "Enable REST Clients with no client certificate" based on your networks security requirements.
4. Click OK.
5. To acquire the API key, click Configure>Services and Workstations. In the new sub-window that appears, double-click on REST Client 1, then click on API Key. Record the API key displayed.
6. Click OK. You may now exit Configuration Client if you wish.
